Waiting for two months for a responce on email

I contacted Mr Jim Makubjwana to cancel my contract as I am currently under debt review. He asked me for proof of this which I e-mailed him. I haven't heard anything since the 5 of august. Due to his incompetency I am still billed for this account which I cant afford. I haven't even used the line for the whole of this year.
