Vodacom
Very very bad service

I went to voda in fourways to renew my contract and the guy who helped me to be quick as he is left with 20 min to go home and he was busy with facebook, i went to second vodashop where i was helped by kgotso he told me they have no stock on a galaxy note3 and he promised to call me but he never did and i went on wednesday to get a phone without no sim they promised to call again for a sim to my suprice they never called and i had to go back on sunday to make a sim swoop which it was not working i had to go again to vodaword to get help.and every time i phone the shop the manager is not there.i have many contracts with vodacom but i have no choice but to move my contract to other networks, even to this date no one checked if my phone is working or not.vodacom shops are now like nursary school where kids play with BBM, WHATSAPP and FACEBOOK.THEY ALWAYS CHAT
