This is my second report about this company. They never answer calls or reply to emails. I am so tired of their pathetic customer service, all I request is a statement of how my balance was determined, is that so hard to do??? Please contact me ASAP, if not, I will have to take this further! And please don't and say you tried to contact me but you were unsuccessful as that is not true, from the reports here it seems you tell everyone that just to avoid assisting your customers!
