Upgrade

On the 26 June someone upgraded with my ID number 8511270961087 and it was because i never lost my ID. I complain ti Vodacom about this matter they say i must fax an affudavit with my ID and i did, i call them and they said they have received my documents and gave me the ref no; I27151700 and 29865900. ive been calling them each day and i dnt get any response on my case they say it is handle by Kano. my problem i cant make a loan beacuse of this vodacom and its been 3moths now stil no respond. no one has called me and tell me how far is the investigation i need a proof that says they are stil investigating. my life is on hold because of this vodacom my ITC is bad beacuse of this vodacom. ive cancelld my contract with them on the 21/ 05/2013. They dont do their work. i need help and respond as soon as possible. my number 0729673674.
