My name is Tshepo Phochana I had a 2 years contract with Vodacom which was due for an upgrade in june 2013 someone went into one of vodacome stores in menlyn park and took a Samsung S4 phone under my name which I don't know how this person new I was due for an upgrade. Vodacom Midrand asked me to send the affidavit to state that I never did an upgrate, I did send them the documents they responded by telling me they've received the documentsinvestigation is on the way and the investigation turn around time is the 8th of August 2013. Now I have been calling 0116535000 no one knows what's going on I'm taken from pila to post till I get tired. I can't get an answer of what is really happening and again Vodacom have already deducted my account.
