Dropped calls, no calls, unable to access voicem

Hi

My address Piet Retief Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark. I have a few issues. A new tower was erected within the past year about 150 meters from my office, ever since we have had issues. Not only us but clients that visit from the area have had the same issues.
1. I do not always receive calls, as soon as i am out of range of the tower i get voicemails texts coming through.
2. I struggle to make calls, there is a delay when i initiate the call and 50% of the time the call fails.
3. My Voicemail is asking for a password all of a sudden, after numerous attempts to get the business helpdesk to assist i am still unable to access voicemails, which is a problem because alot of calls don't even come through, it goes straight to voicemail.
4. I do not even get missed calls, it simply goes to voicemail. My partner and myself have the exact same issue. We both have Iphone 4 cellphones.
