Do not trust 8ta call centre team leaders

On the 4th of September Emmanual Kabala promised to sort a problem after he falsely sold me a product at their Fourways Crossing branch. He forwarded an e-mail to indicate that Mr Itayi will follow up as he is no longer at the branch. Since then nothing happened not a phone call nor an e-mail. In the meantime I am still paying R289.00 pm. for a device that hardly ever work as it has been locked to the 8ta network and not open for both 8ta and MTN as sold originally requested. To get any help from the call centre also doesn't help as all my efforts to do so has bear no results as empty promises are made but no one follow up on their promises. Emmanual Kabala TL can't be trusted as he falsely sold the contract and now just pass the buck and sit back and relax as he is being paid a salary by Telkom irrespective of solving a problem he created or not.
