All promises and no Action

Got a contract from Telkom Mobile at Fourways crossing sold to me by Emanuel. It later transpired that he sold me a contract with wrong info. After numerous call to the call centre and reports sent to Hellopeter Emanuel phoned back and apologised and promised to have the mistake corrected by instructing fourways brach to migrate the contract to the correct package. Well three weeks later and no phone calls or any action from there side at all. Telkom is utterly unreliable!
