I have been fighting with telkom 8ta since june to get refunded on a product that was sold to me. the person who sold the product to me gave me the incorrect information and sold me exactly what i did not want. since then i have been given the run around from the branch as well as the complaints service department. it seems their strategy is to promise that it is being dealt with and then to just ignore me. when i have requested that they put me in touch with someone more senior they once again ignore the complaint. i am out of R1000 and disgusted.
the date and time of incident is an estimation. i have been ignored for so long that i do not have exact date. the branch has the exact record.
