Data contract - no access for 5 months

Hi, i have a data contract for 500mb currently which i cannot use since the nokia speed stick does not work.
I sent for repairs in July as they said i needed for the new software to be downloaded. I received it a month later and it still does not work. The manager at Midlands mall also tried but the speed stick was still not working and he said that he would have to send in for repairs again (this was on the 17th August). i still have not received any confirmation or call from him stating that it has been sent. He did not provide me with any receipt, he just took my details in his book and said he will submit everything.
I am not happy with this data contract (my first data contract with Cell C). I have 5 other contracts with you'll and am really dissatisfied with this data contract. i will like this contract cancelled and my payments paid back to me. I am currently been billed for services that i cannot use due to no fault of mine.
