Terrible Vodacom service

After moving back to SA 7 years ago, i have been back with vodacom
Be it prepaid or contract. I logged a call regarding poor reception in the area around 2 years ago, note that i am in Midrand near vodaworld,

i used to receive messages regarding a tower being put up in the area. Still the reception is poor. So while contemplating changing to another service provider in Spetember, i went to vodaworld to see if i can get the Samsung S4, i was told to pay in R4000. Bear in mind i spend min of R600 a month on my current contract. I thought that was ridiculous

Still i decided to stick with Vodacom till the Z1 came out, which was advertised to be released last week, even had the sign up at Vodaworld "Get the Z1 now".

I was at Vodaworld on Sunday morning at 09:00, where i told a consultant i want to upgrade to a z1, I received a number and after a 45 minute wait i was told its not released yet.

Please can i get some help from anyone in regard to this as to when the release date is

Seriously thinking of changing to cell c, just for better service
