UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

Hello Peter

Flexicell has been debiting money monthly from my account for more than a year, I'm an elderly person and didn't no the route to take for contacting them to request them to reverse the debits until now where i got help from my son. Funds have been deducted from my account without my permission. On my statement shows Flexicell/56723311830622

I want a complete refund from this company with immediate effect. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
