Lack of urgency to resolve outstanding account

I was retrenched this year in May due to medical reasons. I contacted Autopage & informed them of my situation. I was advised by the service consultant that I could lodge a retrenchment claim. I lodged the claim on the17May. I contacted Autopage several times to determine the outcome but had no response. After several emails I finally got a response on the 8Oct from Angeline Major whom told me that I can not lodge a claim if I was retrenched due to medical reasons. I find this totally ridiculous that you cannot claim for this, but you can claim if you where retrenched due to any other reason? As far as I am concerned, retrenchment due to whatever reason is still beyond your control? Regardless of this, I continued to try get hold of someone whom can assist me regarding resolving my acc. I have sent numerous emails for anyone to advise me whether I am able to settle the the outstanding balance & still be able to retain my contract & have my service reconnected. It seems that Autopage is not willing to help me even in this regard. They do not cover my retrenchment & they do not want to give me the opportunity to settle my acc & continue my service? Why is it so hard to get help?
