I purchased a 3G data contract with 8ta due to LTE not being available. At the time the only people with LTE routers were participating in the 8ta trial. I was informed by 8ta staff, when the time comes (unknown to them) to move to LTE, I need to come back into the branch, change my 3G sim to a LTE sim.
I recently purchased a LTE router to benefit from the LTE coverage in my area, but now 8ta informs me that I have to take up an additional contract to my 3G contract. A load of misleading information to get clients on their network!
