I have had a pre-paid Neotel phone for just over 2 years now. All of a sudden I've discovered that if you buy airtime for the phone you have a specific deadline in which to use the airtime, or your service is suspended.

I sent them an email via their website over a month ago about this ridiculous issue and so far have not been contacted by anyone from Neotel.

What right do they have to put a deadline on the time that you can use the money you have put into the phone? When I first got the phone this was not the case. Its my money and surely its up to me how long I take to use it up? They are basically forcing you to use the money you've put into the phone just so that you must then go and buy another re-charge voucher.

What a rip-off!
