SHOCKING SERVICE WAITING NEARLY 6 MONTHS

End Last year 2012 Took out a contract with Autopage Bayside Mall for Cell C, since then have had endless problem with my signal. Went back to them had sim swopped to see it that was problem. Then month later went back to see if softwear needed to be updated then back again to see if settings needed to be adjusted.
Finally on the 29th April 2013 after getting the run around from Bayside mall and cell c - finally logged a call at Bayside with Savannah for someone to test my signal in the area as my call only last a few seconds and i get cut off that is if i get signal at all.
Contacted Savannah @ autopage bayside regarding my call i logged with her as no one came back to me, she advised she would follow up but never ever does.
i started phoning there head office and spoke to manager Aldrin Ridgard who never returns my call
then i started emailing weekly there [Email Removed] - and they never both to answer either
Finally i have now asked to speak to Aldrin boss Nazim @ autopage Jhb headoffice and left msg for him to contact me and i still waiting for his call... 6 months later! AND IM STILL WAITING!! TERRIBLE SERVICE
