My Telkom line stopped working and I waited 3 months for them to come and fix it. They didnt return my call or queries on the fault. I have since then moved house. I ordered the line to be moved to my new address. Telkom then called to say they cannot install as I am in arrears with the account. I told them I am NOT paying for a line that has been unusable for 3 months and they needed to rectify my account and bill me accordingly. I called to lodge query with my account in the beginning of January and am still awaiting a reply. After numerous phone calls being made from my mobile at my expense with NO RESOLUTION! I AM AT MY WITTS END! What am I suppose to do when I cannot even get to speak to the relevant persons.
