My husband has an account with MTN and the credit that was suppossed to be passed was not done and his phone has been suspended!
HE HAS BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE AND THE IVR KEEPS SAYING PLEASE HOLD! THIS IS PATHETIC!
He just called switchboard and they put the phone down on him!
