My account is suddenly double now! wth is going on

So i normally pay like R550 for the most for my cellfone account - its a blackeberry - this month i get the bill and it's a wopping R1100!! what the heck is goin on cell c!! this needs to be sorted out ASAP!! ppl dont have that kind of cash lying around to pay a cellphpne bill! this is unaaceptable!! this fair usage data is complete mess! that is not why we took out blackberries in the 1st place!!
