No October contract pricing @ 14 October 2013

I have been trying in vain to upgrade my MTN cellphone contract since the beginning of October. I have tried again today, 14 October only to be told again that the October pricing is still not available. Its shocking that MTN move so slow with no regard for customers needs. Unfortunately, after many years of being with MTN, I am forced to port my number back to Vodacom, Thanks for nothing MTN!
