Feedback was promised week ago. Nothing. After call to CCC periods of reasonable speed. Then DOWN again. 1-5 kbps is useless! Need to download work-related files at night. 8ta is UNRELABLE partner. Was different 18 months ago. WHY SHARP DECLINE IN SERVICE? Sent via Vodacom on phone. 8ta connection too weak!
