MTN is USELESS when it comes to service delivery

I have 2 contracts with MTN, I had one of my handsets insured with INSURANCE 5000. when I signed up for the insurance i was told that the insurance covers me from the value of my phone to R5000, but when i got mugged and claimed for a new handset, they said i was only covered for R2464 because my handset value has depreciated. thats not what the agent told me... after i requested them to listen to the call, they said "we emailed you T&Cs aswell", so. said fine, i will pay the difference and get the phone i want, when i came in at the shop they said my claim ref. number has expired, so i cant even get my sim swop done. i had to wait another week to go to the shop agan (considering im working during weekdays), so when i get to the shop for the forth time, they dont have stock of the SONY XPERIA V for about a month, why do they advertise something they dont have??? I'm still without a number/simcard and a phone for about 2 months now.. MTN is pathetic
