No network for months now!!

Im tired of going out of my complex just to recieve or make calls... its absolutely revolting that for months now havent had a day i take calls just sitting inside my house... i have to go outside the complex to do that... if you guys dont provide services for my area anymore please let us know then I alternate... took me hours just to write this report and you so quick to bill!
