Complex painting - shocking

Mr Decorator a Plascon approved company painted our block of flats (Savanay) and the complex looks worse then what it did before and is NO showcase for Plascon paints never mind for Mr Decorator.

We have tried in vain to have the complex fixed and even had Curasure inspect the complex and write a report which Mr Decorator ignores as Vic feels the job is 100% and ignoring the blatant eyesore.

We are willing to share this report as a reference as to how a job should NOT be done.
