I have some problems on my 8ta internet. So i tried to contact them and ask for assistance. First time was couple of months back. I did not get any response from them, by email or by cell phone as stated. So 2 day's back I filed a complain again (online). Still no response at all. I went to the 8ta store near me, all that they could tel me was that I should go online and ask for assistance.
After I left a complain, the first time, my internet was not working. I took it that they was fixing my line. Next day internet was so slow i could not work on it at all, could also not get on there 8ta form.

If this goes on I'd rather end my contract, this is not the first time me and Telkom (adsl) had problems.
