CELL C Technical department IS USELESS

SInce I got my account in July, I have not been able to log in to my online account to check my account. I have called numerous time and sent way to many emails. All I get in return is "You will be contacted within 48Hrs", They finally call me to sort the problem out and then they transfer me from person to person & eventually 35 minutes later after no success I get cut off...

Come on people if you cannot do your job, GET SOMEONE WHO CAN DO IT IN THAT POSITION!!!

This is disgusting service and they should be ashamed of themselves.
