No network services

For the last hour I cannot use my phone because it can neither make or receive call nor will it send or receive sms's. The worst thing is that I'm currently on Internet banking but I can't pay because SureCheck can't be completed nor can sms's be received for TVN. Tested my phone by either making or receiving a call and they don't work. It's been the same for some time with missed call notifications while my phone never rang.

This is unacceptable.

Please note a phone is a device used for making and receiving call, sending and receiving calls and accessing Internet services. In return people use these services for business, emergencies, leisure etc.

Your job is to make sure that your network is available so that I can use these services, in return I pay you money for the services rendered.
