CELL C GIGA PROMO A SHAM!

I purchased two 200 giganite promo for internet access from Makro Springfield for my business. Since then we have had the most erratic and irritating service from the SP as their product does not connect most of the time and is only available late at night. As a business owner I find this very poor service. We have complained to Cell C via their Gateway outlet but to date have had no response from Cell C. This is arrogance in the extreme while i continue to have very very poor connection to the net.. I have reached a point now whereby I demand that Cell C refund the entire purchase price of their shocking product so that I may purchase one from another more reliable SP. Don't take us clients for a ride. The CEO who boasts about their products should take serious note of this complaint.
