I received a Black berry Z10 end March 2013. I took it to repair shop because it says it cannot detect sim. It reboots itself even during calls. I later sent it back with the same problem. I received it back and the problem still exists. They want it back for repairs but they are not willing to lend me a phone that can take my sim. Must i now be happy with this service or must I make use of the consumer court?
