I placed a bad report on Hello Peter a week ago about the bad customer service of Cell c. On Tuesday the 2 April e013 a complaints consultant got in touch with me to find out about my querie and told that it will be sorted out as soon as possible. A whole week has gone by and my cell phone services hasn't been reactived, through this delay I lost 2 of my cooperate clients. On Friday the 5 April 2013 I spoke to a consultant in the Legal Dept. I explained what needed to be done because the mess up was on their side and they needed to correct it Asap. She then told me that she will put in a request to reserve my Cell number which I was using for almost 2 years and been paying which I think is a bunch of bull. I decided that I will not make another payment this account and will be taking the matter further and sue Cell C for the damages done to my company that I'm running as I lost 2 clients. Cell C has a bunch of working for them who does not know what the they are doing.
Please can you assist.
