Most PATHETIC service I have ever experienced

We are struggling with out second tellephone line (013) 753 2668 since last year. Our switchboard cannot work properly due to a shortage of lines. We have logged so many calls with Telkom that we can't even remember how many, just for them to not show up and if they do, they get it working only for a few days and then its dead again.

It's beyond frustrating for us, because to be able to get a line (to phone out) we have to redail the same number 4 to 5 times before it can go through.

Here is the last call that we have logged: 31CTI040913 with Patricia. No one has showed up to help, this is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my life.

I have also told them that our telkom connection boxes are so old that they came out of Noah's Ark and still they ignore us on our maintenance needs.
