Accout Overcharged

Hi,

I've been with Mtn for the past 3 yea and my contract was billed around R1400, 00 montly. But forthe past three months my account was at 4500 and when i made a query i never got any response from the billing account department. My latest statements for September showed i owe 1300 but when MTN debited on my account it was a different amout of 7600. Now my account is in arrears and according to MTn my account is in arrears to the total amount of R13194.67. When i tried to call the call centre at 808 i was on HOLD for more that 30 minutes. I want to understand how did my account get to such a huge amount as i won't make any payment until i get the answers.
