Refurbished handsets never work!!!

I signed up for a 24 month contract for a Blackberry 9900 handset with MTN Direct in June 2012. Initially, I experienced software issues which were resolved at an MTN Direct store, but the issues became evident in June of this year. My phone suddenly stopped working and it was swopped out with a refurbished unit.

The refurbished unit worked for a month before the buttons started to stick, rendering it useless when attempting type an email or SMS. The phone was once again swopped for refurbished unit and I am experiencing problems within a few hours of receiving it.

The phone displays various error messages and it is extremely slow.

I am tired of it. I have a busy life and I cannot drive back-and-forth to your Service Centre to repair/ replace my phone. I also refuse to accept a refurbished phone. Please REPLACE it with a NEW phone! Do not customers into believing that you offer exceptional customer care and service!
