Continuing to bill, despite disconnection confirme

Less Telkom. As you may be aware, you can only write to them via this forum. For everything else you have to phone, which would make sense normally as they are a telephonic communication company, except for the fact that you cannot get through. Especially if you are trying to disconnect a service, they don't like that. If they don't answer the phones, then nobody can actually ever successfully disconnect their service sort of logic. Anyway, having explained my plight that I left the country end of May 2013 (via this forum after trying several others prior to leaving), I received a very pleasant email from Innocentia Tsoku of the Escalation Department, apologizing and confirming that my account would be disconnected and I would be credited the balance that they keep on adding every month (not sure for what service as I am no longer there!). Sadly, this is not the case and I am still receiving an account efficiently emailed to me and Innocentia is no longer replying to my queries. What is going on Telkom, can we get the matter resolved?
