On the 17th of Sept 2013 someone impersonated me and obtained a contract with Vodacom, their outlet confirmed that it was a transaction and they will cancel the contract and refund my funds to my account to date I have not received any refund nor the letter confirming the activity and a NEW BILL INCLUDING ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SENT TO ME. Cindy from department was supposed to send me a letter which I was to send to SAFPS as I do not know if this person will use my details with other credit providers. I contacted the store and I was advised that the case was resolved on the 3rd of Oct 2013 and today is the 9th of Oct 2013 still no response. I would like to know why Vodacom is compromising my name???
