Cell C
Refusing to replace phone

I lost my phone 3 weeks ago, and it was insured under C Cover insurance at Cell C, last week my claim was approved but cell c doesn't have my kind of phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) anymore, so they offered me other phones to replace my one, but the options they are giving me are very low specs and cheaper than the one I was using that was my problem, so they offering me a better phone but I need to pay more money to get it which I told them I can not offered to because it too much money they are asking me to pay, so their final word was they cant help its either I choose those phones or pay more to get a phone.
