I called to cancel my contract with virgin mobile on the 8th of October 2013.
Its now December and you still keep giving me airtime and telling me to pay for other month.

I want this issue resolved now, every month its the same story you telling me that cancellations had it diarised to cancelled. But did not cancel it! So now I must keep paying.

Such poor customer service, its absolutely unacceptable.
