As Blanche promised me that she should have fixed and loaded my discount on my data bundle the 19 AUGUST 2013 she has not done that, after being bille incorrectly once again end of sept she promised to fix this. today 9 OCTOBER 2013 this problem is not fixed, now they want to charge me R448 in stead of R662, the R662 is not even my instalment it is also one of their mistake, which i paid and yet they cant fix my account. they are so confused, my monthly instalment is supposed to be R299 as per CELL C INTERNET ADVERT they charge me over R400, now they say this account is fixed which is not true, they still over charge me, and don't want me to speak to a supior team leader or even to Blanches team leader if i had not phoned in today they will keep on over charging me, how long since AUGUST they cant fix my account which is their mistake and they don't want to cancel my debit order! this is really very unprofessional and UNLAWFUL IT IS BREACH OF CONTRACT!!! i would not suggest cell c to any one they are not able to fix their problems, they over charge you!!!
