No Refund received

Your taking my case too lightly, I did not receive any call, no communication, nothing! Tell me if you cannot refund my money (2000 rand). I will cancel all my contracts and no more business dealings with Cell C.I lost my trust in Cell C and I dont think they are competent enough.
