Still waiting for my airtime vouchers as agreed

Autopage agreed to refund me for my loss of airtime to the amount of R500. My upgrade has been cancelled and the device returned as agreed. But i am still waiting for the airtime vouchers to be mailed. Waiting since 13
September.
