Still waiting for my airtime

I bought airtime using the OTA service on the 26 June R60 and yersterday 09 july for R60 and R15.00 but i am still waiting for it, every time when i call they promise i will receive my vouchers but it doesnt happen. Today i went to the jet store and the called them again but was promised again that i wil get an sms. After seven hours i am still waiting, what must i do to get my vouchers???
