BEWARE OF VODACOM

I know how Vodacom make more money. My blackberry is 9 months old and the tackpad don't work. I take it in to the vodacom in Pretoria CBD for repairs because it is under warranty. Hahahaha they phone me and tell me my phone had water damage. It is only a way to get money because if I don't accept the quotation I must pay R57.00. This is the second time that this happened. My phone was not near water.
