Telkom ignores Client complaints

We have been without a working Telkom line since Oct 2012, but still have to pay our rent. We've lodge numerous complaints and even though they have sent technicians out, nothing gets done. They promise to move our line to get better signal, but NOTHING has been doen iin the last 3 months.
