Spam Calls to existing clients

Some time late last year I received a call from Altech Autopage, with whom I have two contracts and spend in excess of R200 per month with.
The call center agent was trying to sell me another contract and I replied to her numerous times saying I was not interested. She just wouldn't take no for an answer and eventually shouted in frustration and put the phone down without another word..
I am absolutely disgusted by this. The fact that they will actually phone me, a client who already spends that kind of money with their company every month, and disrespect me like that.
