Cell C
ON CELL PHONE ACCOUNT

I took out a cell c contract for R99.00 pm. On my first account received I was charged R135.00 for calls made to "Opera". I contacted cell c on 16/9/13 and logged a complaint, after no feedback I contacted them again on 27/9/13, they referred me to "Opera Interactive" who then referred me to "Waspar" and all these companies could do was cancell the subscription.

I want my money back from cell c, as they are the company that debit my bank account. I did not supscribe to any subscriptions and to crown it all I HAVE NOT YET EVEN OPENED THE SIM CARD.

As this constituets, I exect cell c to resolve this matter, obtain proof where I subscribed to any subscription and refund me the amount of R135, 00.
