Unacceptable after-service

During August I purchased a prepaid 200Gb data contract and within a couple of days contacted customer service as it was totally unusable, it would permanently drop connection and when connected I experienced the worst speeds ever, to the point where it can take up to 15minutes to open a page.

I contacted Cell C customer service and besides for receiving a reference number I never heard a single word. On 18 September I again contacted them and received an apology for the poor service experience and was advised that a technician would be in contact to assist me with this matter.

Short of another month has come and gone and still I have not received any support or feedback.

Either sort this out immediately or reimburse me so I can go to another service provider that takes it's clients seriously. I've paid short of R2000 upfront and am currently using MTN as the user experience is totally unacceptable and unworkable.

I'm frustrated and blown away by this level of service.
