I logged a complaint about a SIM card malfunction- I was told 24 hours to rectify and hear from a consultant. It's now 4 days later and I'm still waiting. This is an important business line which must be kept open- get your act together and contact me to sort out the problem. I cannot afford to have a working handset and not a sim! I just expect prompt service- not the earth to be moved!!!
