Queried the overcharge & never heard back

I inquired about the overcharge on my account which goes through as a debit order.
I was advised I would hear back from someone at Vodacom within 24 hrs. Amazing as it is approximately 5 days later and I am still yet to hear from anyone at Vodacom. YOU ARE USELESS.
I tried to call back again today and held for 13 minutes listening to the stupid Gangnam Style song the entire time, interrupted with the automatic voice advising the next operator will answer my call - This never happened. I eventually had to hang up as I could not hold any longer. REALLY, over 13 minutes and I got nowhere, you were in fact to call me back. Now not only do you over charge my account, you also waste my time and money on trying to call you back.
