Blackberry 9720 2nd time in for repairs in 1 month

Good morning

I bought a new BB 9720 on the 7th September 2013, on the 16 September 2013, 9 days later the phone gave me an error msg and it had to go in for repairs. I then fetched my phone on Friday the 27th September and I received another error msg 507, my phone went back in for repairs on the 5th October 2013.

My phone has been more in for repairs than what i used it. It is extrememly frustrating as I need a phone.
