2nd Complaint on same CONTRACT

This is the second complaint regarding this contract I did receive my two installments that were wrongly deducted together with an email saying that the contract had now definately been cancelled however on 1sr October 2013 another R99.00 has been deducted, I do not understand how business is conducted at Virgin Mobile but I do know that I will never ever take out another contract with them and if my installment is not paid into my bank account within 3 working days from today I will be contracting my attorney and Virgin Mobile will be held responsible for all costs as due to the fact that this debit order went off my account another debit order of mine bounced and I had to pay the fees so I am not going to sit back and take things easy this time around. Awaiting your urgent reply to this problem!!!
